Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. During busy periods (such as holidays), deliveries may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@selselfish.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
