Missing a piece? Broke a component? We can help.

Many of our organisation products — spice racks, drawer organisers, storage bins and more — are made up of individual parts. If something arrived damaged or a part has gone missing, you can request a replacement part instead of returning the whole product.

How to Request a Part

Email us at info@selselfish.shop with the following information:

1. Your order number
2. The name of the product
3. A description of the part you need (a photo helps a lot!)
4. Your current shipping address

What Happens Next

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. If the part is available, we'll ship it to you. For items damaged in transit or missing parts reported within 30 days of delivery, replacement parts are sent free of charge.

If a replacement part is not available, we'll offer a suitable alternative, a replacement product, or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
