At SELFLESSLY SELFISH LTD, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@selselfish.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@selselfish.shop within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This right does not affect your other statutory rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue promptly. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the new item.
